e4, inc. is a green building consulting firm, uniquely qualified to provide LEED® (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) project management and documentation services. We have extensive experience in large scale developments in New York City and expertise across the board on all LEED points and prerequisites as well as LEED-required construction plans.

e4, inc. is currently working on LEED certifications for several buildings in Manhattan including two high rise residential New Construction projects and one 2.1 million sf office tower that is a pilot for LEED Core & Shell, as well as a 2000 acre golf course community in the Hudson Valley, a health care facility in New Jersey, and a new business school in Ithaca, New York.
